Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet incoming and departing guests with a genuine smile.
• Escort guests to their assigned dining area and present menus.
• Communicate clearly with guests regarding their needs and preferences.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively as part of a team.
• Assist guests in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high standards of service.
• Perform general administrative duties as required.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• 23 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of reservation software and guest service experience is a plus.
• Friendly, reliable, and trustworthy with strong interpersonal skills.
