We are looking for a Human Resources employee to join our distinguished team at a leading company in the services sector, where they will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, developing competencies, and implementing human resources policies. The main tasks include: managing employee files, organizing training and development programs, preparing and updating job descriptions, following up on recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws. The applicant must hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent, with at least two years of experience in the field of human resources, and proficiency in both Arabic and English.
