Human Resources Clerk

We are looking for a human resources employee to join our distinguished team to work in the management of personnel affairs and competency development. The main responsibilities include: managing recruitment and hiring processes, implementing training and development programs, preparing and updating internal policies and regulations, and managing the payroll and benefits system. The candidate must have experience in the field of human resources with a high ability to communicate effectively and organize, and be proficient in using human resources programs and the Odoo program and government platforms.

A human resources employee is required to work in a new company, preferably with experience in managing employee affairs and recruitment. Responsibilities include: managing employee files, implementing human resources policies and procedures, following up on recruitment and training processes, and preparing periodic reports. Proficiency in using Office programs and human resources electronic systems is required, along with the ability to work within a team and effective communication with various departments.

• Experience of no less than 3 years in the same field.
• Familiarity with local laws and regulations in the Kingdom.
• Familiarity with government human resources systems (Qiwa, Muqeem, Social Insurance).
• Required language: Proficiency in English.
