An HR employee is required to work in a leading company in its field, with experience in managing employee affairs and applying labor laws and regulations. Responsibilities include: managing recruitment and hiring processes, following up on governmental procedures and social insurance, preparing and updating internal policies and regulations, and organizing training and professional development programs. Proficiency in using HR programs and the Mudar and Masar programs is required, along with the ability to work within a team and communicate effectively with all administrative levels. Working hours are from 8 AM to 4 PM, six days a week.
