Tasks and Responsibilities:
Supervising all daily human resources operations.
Following up on employee affairs (recruitment, contracts, vacations, end of service).
Applying labor systems and internal regulations.
Managing employee files and ensuring they are updated.
Following up on the Qiwa platform and social insurance.
Preparing periodic reports related to human resources.
Supporting departments in recruitment and development needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Experience of not less than 3 years in the field of human resources.
Good knowledge of labor systems in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Proficiency in using computers and human resources software.
High communication and organizational skills.
