Our Client is a well-reputable company in the field of Real Estate Development located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are looking for an efficient Human Resources (HR) Coordinator who will be responsible for a variety of HR administrative duties.

Job Profile
The HR Coordinator will be part of a team focusing on several functions including Personnel, recruiting, training, and more. This individual will ensure smooth HR operations and contribute to achieving departmental goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide assistance.
  • Manage personnel-related data and ensure compliance with employment requirements.
  • Liaise with other departments regarding HR functions.
  • Support the recruitment process, including candidate greeting and performance checks.
  • Assist in performance management and schedule HR-related meetings.
  • Conduct onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Produce reports on HR activities as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in HR coordination or a related administrative role.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Strong skills in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Organized and skilled in time management.
  • CIPD certification is an advantage.
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or a relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management is a plus.
