As a leader in the field of children's swimming education, Aqua-Tots is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. This role is crucial for maintaining our high-performance HR department and ensuring that our workforce is equipped to meet the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Staffing: Develop a comprehensive hiring plan, support recruitment strategies, and oversee the interview and onboarding processes.
  • Employee Relations: Lead initiatives for a positive workplace culture and manage offboarding processes.
  • Training & Development: Design training strategies and monitor implementation effectiveness.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Establish and oversee compensation strategies while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process and provide guidance on addressing performance issues.
  • HR Reporting & Analytics: Track HR metrics and present insights to senior leadership.
  • Succession Planning: Develop strategies for identifying high-potential employees and guiding their growth.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years in HR management with supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
