This role is crucial for maintaining our high-performance HR department and ensuring that our workforce is equipped to meet the company’s strategic goals.

This role is crucial for maintaining our high-performance HR department and ensuring that our workforce is equipped to meet the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Develop a comprehensive hiring plan, support recruitment strategies, and oversee the interview and onboarding processes.
- Employee Relations: Lead initiatives for a positive workplace culture and manage offboarding processes.
- Training & Development: Design training strategies and monitor implementation effectiveness.
- Compensation and Benefits: Establish and oversee compensation strategies while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process and provide guidance on addressing performance issues.
- HR Reporting & Analytics: Track HR metrics and present insights to senior leadership.
- Succession Planning: Develop strategies for identifying high-potential employees and guiding their growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years in HR management with supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
