Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Support: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding business leaders on HR-related matters.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure adherence to Saudi labour laws and company policies.
  • Systems and Reporting: Manage HR systems to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Talent Acquisition & Development: Proactively support hiring managers in understanding their needs.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Collaborate to ensure competitive and sustainable packages.
  • Learning & Development: Provide coaching to managers for employee support and feedback.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in creating HR processes in KSA.
  • Expert knowledge of Saudi labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative spirit with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HR software and analytics.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.

Desirable:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
