In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the efficient operation of a high-performance HR department. Your responsibilities will encompass recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance, among other critical HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Develop a strategic hiring plan aligned with company goals, support the recruitment team in sourcing strategies, and ensure fair interview processes.
- Onboarding, Offboarding & Employee Relations: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring professionalism and respect, and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Training & Development: Design training strategies and set objectives for team performance in employee development.
- Compensation and Benefits Management: Establish compensation strategies and manage salary and benefits oversight.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Update HR policies for compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.
- HR Budgets: Monitor HR budget expenditures and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes and provide guidance for addressing performance issues.
- HR Reporting & Analytics: Track HR metrics and present insights to senior leadership for strategic improvements.
- Succession Planning: Develop a strategy for identifying key roles and high-potential employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, with leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure effectively.
