We are looking for a dynamic individual to manage HR operations and talent initiatives for our Saudi Arabian offices. This is a critical role that will significantly shape the employee experience and support our strategic business goals. You will thrive on ownership, autonomy, and execution in a collaborative environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred)
• Strong HR experience, ideally in a law firm or professional service environment
• Knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices
• Proficient in both English and Arabic communication skills
Reports to: Director of Talent Management
Position Type: In Market

- HR Operations:
Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws, manage day-to-day HR activities including payroll and benefits, and maintain accurate HR data management. Handle employee relations with professionalism, and support internal audits for operational excellence. - Talent Management:
Partner with leadership to identify talent needs, drive onboarding programs, implement performance management processes, and support local learning and development initiatives. - Employee Engagement & Culture:
Champion engagement initiatives, conduct feedback sessions, and coordinate tailored development programs.
