Join Our Team as a Human Resources Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team at Al Khayyat Investments. In this role, you will manage day-to-day HR operations and be deeply involved in the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with KSA labor regulations.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team at Al Khayyat Investments. In this role, you will manage day-to-day HR operations and be deeply involved in the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with KSA labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new employees.
- Handle offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and final settlements.
- Process monthly payroll with accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR information systems.
- Provide HR support to employees and line managers.
- Administer employee benefits and respond to related queries.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with PRO/Legal/Payroll teams for government-related processes.
- Assist in audits and management reviews through data analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 46 years of HR experience, preferably in KSA or GCC.
- Solid understanding of HR operations and KSA labor law.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive and able to work under pressure.
Preferred:
- Experience in a mid-to-large organization.
- HR certification (*, CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
