Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Supervise performance evaluation processes and provide necessary recommendations for improvement.
  • Handle employee inquiries and grievances and resolve conflicts within the workplace.
  • Maintain records and documents for inspection purposes when requested.

  • Prepare early warning reports on delays or compliance risks and propose immediate solutions.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure full adherence to regulations set by the Ministry of Human Resources and the Ministry of Interior.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience managing HR procedures and government platforms.
  • Fluent in Arabic (native) and proficient in English.
