Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years of previous experience in fire management is essential.
• 3 years of experience in a multi-cultural workforce organization, handling fire detection and suppression equipment.
• Previous experience as a trained fire-fighter with either a civil Fire Brigade or a large multinational company fire team.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in managing Fire Detection Systems and Sprinkler Systems.

For our Riyadh office, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Bridge/Tunnel Engineer (m/f) to provide technical leadership and expertise across major infrastructure programs. This role is crucial for ensuring the governance, compliance, and quality standards of structural elements within a PMC/consultancy environment. The ideal candidate will be a senior professional with a strong track record in bridge and tunnel engineering, encompassing design review, construction oversight, and coordination. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for the structural (bridge/tunnel) scope across the program, ensuring governance, compliance, and quality standards are maintained.
• Review and endorse structural design deliverables, including drawings, calculations, specifications, Bills of Quantities (BoQs), method statements, and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Oversee the delivery of key structural elements such as bridge structures (precast, cast-in-situ, segmental, steel, composite), tunnel structures (cut-and-cover, bored tunnels, retaining systems, shafts), and foundations (piles, pile caps, deep foundations, ground improvement).
• Manage and provide technical guidance on temporary works and construction staging.
• Ensure the seamless integration of structural interfaces with roads, utilities, rail, and other infrastructure.
• Lead the resolution of technical issues, including Requests for Information (RFIs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), site constraints, design gaps, and constructability challenges.
• Support construction supervision, inspections, and coordination with contractors and stakeholders to ensure adherence to project requirements.
• Monitor progress and ensure works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Support testing, inspections, and handover activities to ensure structural integrity and operational readiness.
• Coordinate with authorities and stakeholders to secure necessary approvals and maintain continuity of project delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in major bridge and tunnel projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis, bridge and tunnel design principles, and construction methodologies.
• Proven experience in design review, construction supervision, and project delivery within PMC/consultancy environments.
• Familiarity with international and Saudi design standards, as well as relevant authority requirements.
• Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions effectively.
• Experience working with PMC, consultant, or client-side teams is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
