Job Description
We are looking for a creative and organized person who cares about the comfort of guests, responsible for coordinating and designing the hotel residential apartments and preparing them, in addition to planning the guest experience before their arrival. This role combines a sense of interior design and organization, with a focus on ensuring that the apartments are clean, tidy, and ready to provide guests with a comfortable and distinctive experience.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Designing and arranging apartments and rooms

* Arranging and designing the decor of the apartments in a practical and comfortable way that reflects a beautiful appearance.
* Determining the distribution of furniture, decorations, lighting, and accessories.
* Complying with the approved design standards in all apartments.
* Continuously improving the appearance of the apartments and the comfort of the guests.

Coordinating the guest experience

* Reviewing guest data and their stay records, especially repeat guests.
* Preparing the apartments specifically for returning guests (preferred arrangement, supplies, welcome arrangements).
* Coordinating with the housekeeping supervisor before guests arrive.
* Ensuring the apartments are ready according to guest expectations and hotel standards.

Cleanliness and Quality Control

* Inspecting the apartments before guests enter and ensuring the level of cleanliness and order.
* Ensuring that the apartments meet cleanliness, quality, and design standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Experience or knowledge in interior design or apartment coordination.
* High taste and attention to detail.
* Interest in guest experience and good organization.
* Ability to manage more than one apartment at the same time.
Conditions: 
* Must not have previously registered for insurance.
* Ready transportation or private car.
Qualifications:
Interior design degree in furniture and decor or similar.

  • Minimum of 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, preferably within the poultry industry, rendering plant, or utilities.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
