About the Role:
We are seeking a high-caliber Sales Manager to spearhead our growth within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role requires a leader who blends strategic foresight with tactical execution to capture market share in the B2B transportation sector.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Market Expansion: Design and execute high-level sales strategies focused on the B2B transportation sector, identifying untapped market opportunities.
- High-Stakes Relationship Management: Engage with government entities and large-scale enterprises to navigate procurement cycles and secure partnerships.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- End-to-End Revenue Ownership: Drive the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiations and closing.
- Data-Driven Pipeline Management: Leverage CRM tools (*, Salesforce) to analyze performance metrics and optimize conversion rates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to evolve solutions aligned with KSA's transportation market requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: 5+ years in B2B SaaS or tech sales with a history of exceeding revenue targets.
- Sector Expertise: Experience managing government and enterprise accounts within Saudi Arabia, preferably in transportation/logistics.
- Leadership Excellence: Ability to coach and scale sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Move beyond selling to problem-solving, creating bespoke value propositions.
- Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of cloud-based subscription models, SaaS unit economics, and CRM.
- Communication: Fluent in negotiation and presentation with cultural nuance for the KSA business ecosystem.
