Join Our Team as an Inventory Controller!
At Läderach Chocolatier Suisse, we pride ourselves on delivering the finest handcrafted Swiss chocolate. We are currently looking for an Inventory Controller to play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of our inventory and enhancing our operational efficiency.

Your Role:
As an Inventory Controller, you will utilize your expertise in the SAP system and advanced Microsoft Excel skills to effectively manage, track, and analyze our inventory levels. This position demands strong coordination with various teams including procurement, warehouse, production, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure daily inventory accuracy through timely system updates and cycle counts.
  • Process inventory transactions and stock movements within the SAP system.
  • Reconcile physical stock with system records to investigate discrepancies.
  • Prepare detailed inventory reports using Excel, including pivot tables and charts.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end inventory audits.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to troubleshoot inventory issues.
  • Propose enhancements to inventory procedures and controls.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
  • Proficient in SAP Inventory Modules.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas).
  • Strong analytical and numerical capabilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Preferred: Experience in the Beverage & Food industry.

Job Purpose:
Ensure the smooth, compliant, and efficient operation of the Board of Directors and its committees. Act as the primary point of coordination between the Board, Executive Leadership, and shareholders, while maintaining the integrity of corporate governance practices, documentation, and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Board Administration: Plan, schedule, and coordinate all Board and committee meetings.
  • Agenda & Materials: Prepare, review, and distribute meeting agendas and materials.
