We are seeking a skilled Inventory Controller to maintain accurate inventory levels across all warehouses and ensure a smooth flow of materials through our supply chain. This full-time position will require you to monitor stock movements and implement inventory control procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, track, and reconcile inventory levels across multiple storage locations.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ERP system (*, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory checks to ensure data integrity.
  • Analyze inventory variances and implement corrective actions to reduce discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Production teams for timely replenishment of stock.
  • Develop and enforce inventory control policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Optimize inventory turnover and minimize excess or obsolete stock.
  • Generate and present inventory reports, KPIs, and stock aging analysis to management.
  • Support supply chain planning by providing accurate inventory forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and quality procedures.
