Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive landscape and public realm designs in line with project goals and local regulations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate landscaping with architectural and engineering plans.
Conduct site analyses and environmental assessments to inform design decisions.
Create detailed construction documents, including plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
Oversee project implementation, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
Incorporate sustainable practices and native species in designs.
Coordinate with local authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
Manage project budgets effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in landscape engineering or related fields.
Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
Proficiency in CAD software and landscape design software.
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
In-depth knowledge of sustainable landscaping practices and local flora.
Familiarity with Riyadh's urban planning regulations.
Proven track record in public realm project design and implementation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset.
