We are looking for a motivated and skilled Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive legal support to Fee Earners across Saudi Arabia and the MEA region. This role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure the high-quality delivery of legal services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and address basic client queries.
  • Document production oversight and accuracy checking.
  • Assist Fee Earners with business development activities.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure compliance with protocols.
  • Support the coordination of meetings and travel arrangements.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
