About the Role:
Join Clyde & Co as a Legal Secretary, where you will provide comprehensive legal support to Fee Earners across Saudi Arabia and the wider MEA region. Your role will ensure the effective delivery of legal services and support high-quality client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Become an integral part of client care and handle basic client queries efficiently. Manage document production, client calls, and coordinate scheduling for meetings and training.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    Assist with file management, ensuring compliance and accuracy in document handling. Support business development activities, maintain client data, and manage travel arrangements.
  • Communication:
    Act as a key point of contact for Fee Earners and clients, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across regions.
  • Financial Administration:
    Assist with billing tasks, maintain accurate records of time allocation, and handle finance-related administration.
  • Processing:
    Ensure deadlines are met and all tasks are completed in accordance with compliance standards.
  • Customer Service:
    Support the team in providing exceptional service and meeting client needs.

Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Advanced knowledge of document management and client service.
  • Experience in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
