Own the end-to-end management of influencer campaign proposals. Act as the main bridge between sales leads, clients, and influencers — ensuring briefs are clear, proposals are competitive, and clients are satisfied.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Receive qualified leads from Sales and prepare campaign briefs.
- Communicate with clients to finalize objectives and deliverables.
- Negotiate with influencers, collect quotations, and build proposals.
- Collaborate with Campaign Specialist for execution and reporting.
- Track pipeline conversion and upsell opportunities.

**Key KPIs:**

- Proposal turnaround time (≤ 5 business days).
- Proposal-to-contract conversion rate (%).
- Average campaign deal size (SAR).
- Client satisfaction on proposals (NPS ≥ 8).

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
• استلام العملاء المؤهلين من فريق المبيعات وإعداد موجزات الحملات.
• التواصل مع العملاء لإنهاء الأهداف والمخرجات المطلوبة.
• التفاوض مع المؤثرين، جمع عروض الأسعار، وبناء المقترحات.
• التعاون مع أخصائي الحملات لتنفيذ الحملة وإعداد التقارير.
• متابعة تحويل العملاء المحتملين إلى عقود ورصد فرص البيع الإضافي.

المؤشرات الرئيسية للأداء (KPIs):
• مدة إعداد المقترح (≤ 5 أيام عمل).
• معدل تحويل المقترحات إلى عقود (%).
• متوسط حجم صفقة الحملة (بالريال السعودي).
• رضا العميل عن المقترحات (مؤشر NPS ≥ 8).
