Baselat is a leading Saudi company specializing in automatic coffee machines, vending solutions, café equipment, spare parts, and after-sales services across the Kingdom. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to enhance our marketing efforts in the B2B sector.

Role Summary:
The B2B Marketing Manager will focus on driving lead generation, building brand equity, and supporting sales growth within corporate and institutional segments. This strategic role demands a solid background in B2B marketing, particularly in equipment or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Generate qualified leads and provide support for sales teams through account-based marketing.
  • Manage various digital channels including website, LinkedIn, SEO, PPC, and email.
  • Plan and oversee events, exhibitions, and partnerships.
  • Create marketing content such as brochures, case studies, and proposals.
  • Monitor performance metrics, budget, and ROI; report results to management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in equipment, F&B, or services.
  • Strong skills in digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems is preferred.
