About the Role:
The Marketing Manager will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for Careem Market, focusing on both brand-building and performance-driven campaigns. The successful candidate will leverage market insights to create targeted campaigns that attract new users and drive customer retention.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy.
• Design targeted campaigns based on user behavior and market insights.
• Manage partnerships to craft co-marketing campaigns with FMCG brands.
• Execute local marketing activations to enhance brand awareness.
• Optimize in-app and CRM experiences, providing relevant offers to users.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 57 years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer tech or e-commerce.
• Strong campaign management and analytical skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, excellent communication skills.
• Deep understanding of the Riyadh market and cultural nuances.
