We're looking for talented, experienced, and driven senior paid media managers to join the Nebo team. The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of hands-on experience managing all types of paid media campaigns, including paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Paid Media.
  • Develop, execute, manage, and report on paid media strategies aligning with client goals.
  • Lead strategic planning sessions and team meetings.
  • Review deliverables and provide feedback to team members.
  • Assist in new business efforts and sales pitches.
  • Help create and execute educational initiatives for the team.
  • Stay updated on new industry trends, technologies, and platform advancements.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members for guidance and feedback.
  • Collaborate with vendors and agency partners.
  • Help develop integrated digital marketing strategies in collaboration with other departments.

Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in paid media.
  • Experience managing large budgets and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics including SEO, social, email, and PR.
  • Familiarity with programmatic platforms and media buys.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and Excel skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
