Job Responsibilities
  • Manage senior management schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of management.
  • Prepare and review reports, presentations, and administrative documents.
  • Supervise daily administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Act as the main point of contact for management office matters.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and related logistical arrangements.
  • Support in improving office procedures and administrative processes.

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in Office Management or Administrative roles.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
