Job Responsibilities
- Manage senior management schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of management.
- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and administrative documents.
- Supervise daily administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Act as the main point of contact for management office matters.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and related logistical arrangements.
- Support in improving office procedures and administrative processes.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in Office Management or Administrative roles.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
