Join Stryker as our future Operations Manager!
We are looking for a proactive individual to be part of our Operations Leadership team, overseeing all operational activities across KSA and UAE. Your role will be based in Riyadh or Dubai, contributing to our key operations strategy and enhancing customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operations strategies for service delivery across various sectors including Customer Service, Logistics, and Asset Management.
  • Manage operational activities, ensuring the best talent is sourced, developed, and engaged.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for sustainability.
  • Direct projects that respond to customer and market needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple functions and divisions.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, including SOX and FCPA.
  • Support the standardization of processes and achieve all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:
  • Degree in Business or Logistics or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role with a blend of logistics and customer-facing responsibilities.
  • 3 years experience in people management.
  • Experience in a multinational company.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Process Lean/Excellence/Six Sigma practices is a plus.

  • Assist with system related documentation.
  • Oversee and manage support related issues post project go live.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and assess their impact on business operations.

What You Bring To The Role
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, operations management, project management, or a similar role, ideally in the ticketing industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal English is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of managing ticketing technology projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and resource allocation principles.
  • Willingness to work holidays, nights, and weekends as needed.

Bonus Points If You Have
  • Arabic speaker is a plus.
  • Experience in the entertainment, sports, or events industry is a plus.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
