At Stryker, a global leader in medical technologies, we are seeking a talented Operations Manager to be part of our Operations Leadership team based in Riyadh or Dubai. You will play a crucial role in overseeing all operational activities across both regions, ensuring efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies for customer service, logistics, and asset management.
  • Manage activities to ensure talent is sourced, developed, and engaged effectively.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for sustained operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain relationships across various functions and divisions.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and support operational integrations from mergers and acquisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.
  • Review and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for logistics services.

Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business or Logistics or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years in a similar role, preferably in logistics/warehouse management.
  • At least 3 years of people management experience.
  • Experience in a multinational company.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

What You Bring To The Role
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, operations management, project management, or a similar role, ideally in the ticketing industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal English is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of managing ticketing technology projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and resource allocation principles.
  • Willingness to work holidays, nights, and weekends as needed.

Bonus Points If You Have
  • Arabic speaker is a plus.
  • Experience in the entertainment, sports, or events industry is a plus.
