This role plays a crucial part in delivering professional nursing care and treatment to Clinic Guests and other healthcare settings. As part of our team, you will collaborate with various healthcare professionals to uphold public health practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to clinical policies, protocols, and safety standards.
  • Support patient care by taking vital signs and collecting specimens.
  • Assist nurses with hygiene requirements and equipment setup.
  • Help transport patients to various departments such as ER, X-ray, and Ultrasound.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in clinical systems.
  • Respond to patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the medical team for supply management.
  • Contribute to clinical quality targets.
  • Participate in training and adhere to dress code.

Work Environment:
  • Indoors: 100%

  • Days Off: 1
  • Working Hours: 8 hours based on shift schedule.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Nursing or related field; SCHS license in Patient Care Technician or Nurse Health Assistant required.
  • Experience: Preferably 1 year of clinical experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in Healthcare Information Systems.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic.

  • Proficient in using platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, Social Insurance, Baladi, Civil Defense, Abshir Business, Najiz, etc.).
  • Familiarity with the Odoo system.
  • Good understanding of Saudi labor laws.
  • Strong communication skills, high organization, and the ability to work under pressure.
