Main duties and tasks: 1- Reception of reviewers and visitors and answering their inquiries and guiding them to the places they are looking for in the clinics. 2- Providing visitors and patients with leaflets containing information about clinics, service offerings, medical packages, and promotional offers. 3- Opening a medical file. 4- Registering patients on the designated clinic system and ensuring the accuracy of the information before saving it. 5- Creating and printing patient bills and collecting their amounts in cash or via ATM cards and entering the receipts. This is done through the designated clinic system. 6- Ensuring that patients and reviewers fill out medical disclosure forms and commitment forms and signing them by the patients and archiving and attaching these forms in the patient's file in the designated clinic system. 7- Printing a daily bulletin for doctors with the next day's appointments and informing them of any changes that may occur. 8- Carrying out any work assigned to her by management.

Requirements

  • GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
