Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Implement local and international purchasing operations according to the company's policies.
• Search for suppliers and negotiate to obtain the best prices and quality.
• Follow up on delivery operations and ensure that the materials meet the required specifications.
• Maintain records and update the suppliers' database periodically.
• Coordinate with different departments to understand and meet purchasing needs.

Required Qualifications:
• Practical experience of no less than 3 years in purchasing (preferably in the contracting/maintenance sector).
• Good knowledge of procurement systems, contracts, and supply chains.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Office programs.
