About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Control Specialist to ensure that products and processes meet quality standards. You will monitor quality performance, handle quality checks, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role focuses on inspection, documentation, compliance, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  • Record and document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records.
  • Identify defects and deviations from quality standards and report these to the Senior Quality Control Specialist.
  • Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with production staff to address quality issues and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Conduct quality audits and resolve any issues arising from them.
  • Train and mentor inspectors as needed.
  • Ensure the delegation of duties to one of his qualified team members in the event of other team members’ unavailability under the direction of his manager.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Quality Control.
  • Good command of the English language.
