Abdulaziz Al-Zaid Professional Consulting, licensed by the Saudi Authority for Accredited Appraisers, announces the availability of a job opportunity for a professional real estate appraiser to join our team and contribute to providing accurate and reliable appraisal services, according to international standards and regulatory requirements.

📌 Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct real estate appraisal operations for various types of assets: residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural.
  • Prepare professional appraisal reports according to the International Valuation Standards (IVS) and the requirements of the Saudi Authority for Accredited Appraisers.
  • Use approved appraisal methodologies (market approach, income approach, and cost approach).
  • Conduct local and international market analyses to support decision-making.
  • Provide appraisal consultations for financing, development, purchasing, or legal purposes.

🎓 Required Qualifications and Experiences:
  • At least 3 years of experience in the field of real estate appraisal.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the Saudi real estate market and global trends.
  • Experience in valuing intangible real estate assets (usufruct rights, long-term lease contracts, development rights).
  • Ability to prepare reports directed to financing and regulatory authorities.
  • Proficiency in using financial analysis tools such as Excel.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
  • The ability to develop work procedures and organize tasks within the team.
  • Leadership skills to build the team and distribute roles.
  • Possessing a professional network that contributes to attracting opportunities and expanding the client base.

✅ Additional Requirements:
  • A deep understanding of the requirements of the Saudi Authority for Accredited Appraisers, especially concerning compliance with IVS standards and the preparation of supporting documentation for reports.
