Job Description: Receptionist and Sales Employee
Overall Job Objective
Represent the brand \"Chocolate Swirl\" as the first point of contact for customers, providing a luxurious welcoming experience that reflects the quality of our products, while actively contributing to direct sales operations and ensuring complete customer satisfaction by providing support and advice on the range of available chocolates.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Reception and Welcome: Welcoming customers in a manner that reflects the elegance of the brand.
Sales Consultations: Explaining types of chocolates and fillings and assisting customers in selecting and arranging gifts.
Display and Organization: Ensuring that chocolates are arranged and displayed attractively on the shelves continuously.
Follow-up: Managing order delivery schedules and ensuring customer satisfaction with the service.
Completing Sales: Dealing with the cashier system, processing payments, and issuing invoices accurately.

Job Details:
Working Days: 6 days a week.
Working Hours: Evening shift only (from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM).
Salary: Determined after the interview (based on experience and qualifications).
