Job Purpose:
To provide high-end concierge services to residents in luxury residential buildings, ensuring their daily needs are met efficiently and professionally, while delivering an exceptional living experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome residents and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle daily resident requests (reservations, personal services, special arrangements).
- Coordinate and follow up on maintenance and housekeeping services.
- Arrange transportation and delivery services upon request.
- Provide accurate information about on-site and external services (restaurants, events, facilities).
- Receive and resolve complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
- Coordinate with security and management to ensure a safe and well-managed environment.
- Support and assist with residential events and community activities when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required (minimum requirement).
- Preferred fields: Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-end, fast-paced environment.
