💼 Appointment Coordinator Required - Reception

📍 Location: Designers Clinic – Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
🕘 Type of Employment: Full-Time – 6 Days of Work per Week
🏥 Professional Field: Hospitals and Healthcare


📝 Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming patients and visitors in a professional manner and guiding them inside the clinics.

  • Responding to inquiries and providing visitors with informational brochures, medical offers, and marketing packages.

  • Opening medical files for patients and ensuring the accuracy of data entered into the system.

  • Registering patients on the dedicated electronic clinic system, creating and printing invoices, and receiving payments in cash or via payment cards (SPAN), along with entering receipt information.

  • Ensuring the completion of disclosure forms and pledges, and archiving them electronically within the patient's file.

  • Printing the daily appointments schedule for doctors and reporting any changes that occur.

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of patient data and fully adhering to work ethics.

  • Performing any additional tasks assigned by the administration.


🎯 Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High School Diploma as a minimum – prior experience of at least one year is preferred.

  • Politeness and good communication with patients and visitors.

  • Respect for the client and ability to communicate effectively.

  • Skills in time management and teamwork.

  • Prior experience in medical reception or appointment coordination is preferred.

  • Proficiency in using computer systems, familiarity with clinic systems is preferred.
