Position Overview
Join HanmiGlobal as a Senior Recruitment Manager and play a pivotal role in leading and developing our recruitment function across the MENA region amidst our rapid expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Regional Recruitment Leadership: Lead all recruitment activities across the MENA region, develop and implement a recruitment strategy aligned with growth objectives, and establish KPIs for executive management.
• Talent Acquisition & Mobilisation: Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles and support large-scale project mobilisations within Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
• Recruitment Systems & Digital Platforms: Implement and manage modern recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
• Stakeholder & Client Coordination: Collaborate with senior management and HR teams to understand resource requirements and support onboarding processes.
• Employer Branding & Market Positioning: Enhance HanmiGlobal’s employer brand in the GCC and MENA region through strategic engagements and partnerships.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of recruitment experience with at least 5 years in a senior role.
• Strong experience in GCC recruitment related to construction, engineering, and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Saudi labour law and recruitment platforms.
• Fluent in English, with preferred proficiency in Arabic.
