Al-Rashed Group is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to promote and drive the sales of Sullair, KOTECK, and Donaldson products across the Central Region. Your primary focus will be on business growth and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively promote and market our products across the region.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and needs.
  • Analyze business opportunities and develop strategic plans for market coverage.
  • Evaluate the market potential for new and existing products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities to identify market trends.
  • Prepare quotations for major projects and collaborate with engineering firms and contractors.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of stationary and portable air compressors.
  • Proven sales track record with measurable success.
  • Experience in key account management.
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Skills:
  • Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage and cover territories effectively.
