Join our team as a Sales Coordinator in the Hospitality sector.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, assist with client communications, and help drive sales initiatives to ensure excellent customer service and increased revenue.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, assist with client communications, and help drive sales initiatives to ensure excellent customer service and increased revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (*, filing, sending emails, typing, copying).
- Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (*, proposals, contracts, banquet event orders).
- Promote awareness of the brand image internally and externally.
- Gather materials and assemble information packages (*, brochures, promotional materials).
- Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
- Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in sales software.
- Answer guest questions about property facilities/services.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and respond to inquiries.
- Follow all company policies and maintain a professional appearance.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to standards.
- Speak clearly and professionally; prepare and review written documents accurately.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Customer-focused with a professional demeanor.
- Previous experience in hospitality or sales coordination is preferred.
