Role Overview:
As a Modernization Sales Engineer, you will proactively manage customer relationships, develop opportunities from current and new customers, and close deals professionally to ensure maximized order booking and profitability for KONE.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Be accountable for KONE's positioning within your market area.
    • Communicate leads and sales opportunities to the KONE sales team.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and address complaints in collaboration with the team.
    • Document and maintain customer data for strategic use.
  • Sales Accountability:
    • Manage leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet sales targets.
    • Validate customer orders in line with negotiation terms, including quality and safety.
    • Ensure complete information transfer to installation or engineering teams.
    • Maintain comprehensive records of ongoing opportunities and ensure timely reporting.
    • Support finance in money collection.

Qualifications:
  • 25 years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in the elevators, HVAC, or construction industries.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs.
  • Futuristic mindset with a passion for new technologies.
  • Proven passion for sales with strong customer focus.
  • Excellent Arabic and English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
