Join WTS Energy as an Operations / Sales Manager!

We are seeking a dynamic leader to manage and expand our operational and commercial activities within Saudi Arabia. This role combines operational leadership with commercial responsibility, ensuring profitable growth and high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee project operations in KSA, ensuring delivery in line with contract requirements, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and site teams for seamless project execution.
  • Implement and monitor HSE standards, risk management practices, and quality assurance systems across all projects.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to management.
  • Support and drive sales and business development activities within KSA.
  • Identify new business opportunities and nurture expansion within existing accounts.
  • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations.
  • Review and contribute to tendering processes for KSA-based opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders in the region.
  • Support recruitment and resource planning for KSA operations.
  • Manage relationships with local vendors and subcontractors.
  • Contribute to long-term strategic planning to strengthen the company’s footprint in Saudi Arabia.

Key Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience in operations management, sales, or project management.
  • Strong understanding of the KSA market landscape and regulatory environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong commercial acumen.
  • Able to balance operational responsibilities with business development duties.

  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Solid understanding of sales KPIs, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and drive sales performance.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred.
