We are seeking a dynamic leader to manage and expand our operational and commercial activities within Saudi Arabia. This role combines operational leadership with commercial responsibility, ensuring profitable growth and high-quality project execution.

We are seeking a dynamic leader to manage and expand our operational and commercial activities within Saudi Arabia. This role combines operational leadership with commercial responsibility, ensuring profitable growth and high-quality project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee project operations in KSA, ensuring delivery in line with contract requirements, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and site teams for seamless project execution.
- Implement and monitor HSE standards, risk management practices, and quality assurance systems across all projects.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present operational reports to management.
- Support and drive sales and business development activities within KSA.
- Identify new business opportunities and nurture expansion within existing accounts.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations.
- Review and contribute to tendering processes for KSA-based opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders in the region.
- Support recruitment and resource planning for KSA operations.
- Manage relationships with local vendors and subcontractors.
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning to strengthen the company’s footprint in Saudi Arabia.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
- Proven experience in operations management, sales, or project management.
- Strong understanding of the KSA market landscape and regulatory environment.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong commercial acumen.
- Able to balance operational responsibilities with business development duties.
