Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop first-line managers to consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Cultivate a growth mindset and high-performance culture across the region.
- Coach and manage team performance to enhance demand generation and field excellence.
- Design and execute strategic business plans to grow market share in key accounts.
- Oversee effective implementation of customer engagement initiatives, in partnership with marketing, across all channels.
- Collect and act on customer feedback to develop targeted solutions that drive value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand availability, patient access, and stakeholder alignment.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
- Focus on talent development—aligning individual aspirations with organizational goals.
- Drive strong analytical business planning and continuous performance optimization.
- Commit at least 30% of time to in-field coaching / KOL Engagement and business support.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing first-line sales managers.
- At least 8 years of progressive sales experience within Saudi Arabia’s pharmaceutical sector.
- Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong relationship-building capability and a collaborative approach to cross-functional leadership.
