Job Title:

Corporate Relationship Manager

Job Objective:

Managing and developing customer relationships in the corporate sector and enhancing business growth by providing integrated financial solutions that meet customer needs, achieving the company's revenue and profitability objectives.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of corporate clients and building long-term relationships with them.
  • Attracting new clients from the corporate sector (SMEs / Corporate).
  • Analyzing customer needs and providing appropriate financial solutions (leasing financing).
  • Achieving the set sales and revenue targets.
  • Preparing financial proposals and negotiating with clients to close deals.
  • Coordinating with internal departments (credit, risk, operations) to ensure efficient execution of processes.
  • Monitoring the quality of the credit portfolio and reducing risks in collaboration with the risk management department.
  • Preparing periodic reports on performance, sales, and market trends.
  • Monitoring changes in the market and competitors and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory systems.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in corporate sales or relationship management in the financial sector.


Required Skills:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Deep understanding of financial and credit products.
  • High ability to analyze financial data and statements.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to achieve goals and work under pressure.
  • Strong networking skills in the market.
  • Proficiency in English (preferred).


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Growth of the customer portfolio.
  • Customer satisfaction level.
  • Portfolio quality (default/risk rate).
  • Number of new clients acquired.
