💼 Your Role:
As our Sales Manager, you’ll lead the sales team, expand our market presence, and drive revenue growth across the Kingdom. You’ll build strong relationships with distributors and key clients, identify new opportunities, and ensure our brand continues to grow in the competitive supplements market.

🎯 What You’ll Do:

• Lead, train, and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and market expansion initiatives.
• Manage B2B relationships with distributors, pharmacies, and partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product performance.
• Coordinate with marketing to implement trade promotions and campaigns.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Background in dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, or sports nutrition.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of the Saudi market and wholesale channels.
