What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies within the oil & gas sector aligned with overall company objectives.
- Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a sales team to maximize their potential and achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment, emphasizing continuous learning and development.
- Oversee key client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and address complex customer needs, maintaining a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Direct the implementation of sales plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market dynamics.
- Drive the development and execution of targeted account plans to maximize revenue.
- Take a lead role in negotiating major contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities, both within existing accounts and through new business development.
- Actively engage in the sales process for key accounts, demonstrating senior-level expertise and influence.
What We're Looking For:
- Solid experience in technology-related enterprise sales or business development experience in Industrial Automation, industrial IT, and Digital Transformation technologies.
- In-depth understanding of oil & gas products, services, and technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or any related field.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience, preferably within the oil & gas sector.
