Join Burjline Builders as a Sales Manager in Riyadh!
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth within the freight forwarding and warehousing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics sales and a proven track record in acquiring new clients and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in freight forwarding and warehousing services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s logistics client portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, importers, exporters, and supply chain partners.
  • Promote and sell services including air freight, sea freight, land transportation, and warehousing solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver client proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage key accounts ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for senior management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain services.
  • Strong knowledge of air freight, sea freight, land transportation, and warehousing.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi logistics market and supply chain industry.
  • Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.

  • Managing the end-to-end B2B sales lifecycle, from initial outreach to contract execution and ongoing revenue growth.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • 5–7 years in Treasury Sales, Corporate Banking, or Capital Markets.
  • Deep knowledge of SAMA regulations, the Saudi interbank market.
  • Understanding of bank products, liquidity solutions, and the digital aggregator ecosystem.
  • Professional fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Proven ability to lead complex B2B negotiations and manage long-cycle institutional sales pipelines.
