This role requires 8+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role, and proven experience selling ERP solutions is mandatory. - Leading and managing the performance of Sales Executives and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
- Driving accountability and high performance within the sales team.
- Participating in late-stage sales cycles to support and close strategic, high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine sales methodologies for ERP, SaaS, and custom software sales.
- Set and manage individual and team quotas.
- Conduct pipeline reviews and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train sales talent.
- Coach team members using structured methodologies.
- Represent the company in client meetings and industry events.
This role requires 8+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role, and proven experience selling ERP solutions is mandatory.
