Join INFiLED as a Sales Manager Fixed Installations (KSA)
At INFiLED, "we screen your dreams," but it’s the people #behindthescreens who make it happen. We’re seeking a passionate Sales Manager to drive growth in our LED solutions across Saudi Arabia, focusing on fixed installation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fixed installation market across KSA.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, consultants, developers, and end users.
  • Drive project-based sales from specification stage through to closing.
  • Promote INFiLED solutions to ensure brand specification in projects.
  • Collaborate with the local KSA team to support project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and expand existing partner network while identifying new strategic partners.
  • Support marketing initiatives, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management in CRM and achieve annual sales targets.

Skills Required:
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities.
  • Relationship-driven with a consultative sales approach.
  • Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex projects.

Experience and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the AV industry.
  • Proven project-based and fixed installation sales experience.
  • Strong network within the KSA AV market.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
