About the Role:
As a Senior Sales Manager - Transactions, you will oversee the sales of real estate transactions across KSA. Your role will involve leading direct sales teams and ensuring they meet their targets through strategic collaboration and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set and monitor sales targets in coordination with the strategy team.
  • Hire and maintain optimal team sizes to achieve sales goals.
  • Monitor KPIs and work collaboratively with the marketing team to enhance lead generation.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and stay updated with real estate trends.
  • Forge strong relationships with clients and regulatory bodies.
  • Conduct frequent market visits with sales teams to maintain field knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 7 - 10 years of experience in the real estate or property sales industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of KSA real estate market.
  • Fluency in English.
