As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the hotel's leadership in the marketplace. Your responsibilities will include analyzing local market trends and competitor activities to recommend effective strategies that drive future and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads.
  • Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area to drive business into the hotel.
  • Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients.
  • Implement creative local marketing channels, including social media.
  • Prepare company contracts in accordance with current business conditions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create exceptional guest experiences.
  • Attend sales events and produce accurate reports per the Sales Director's requirements.
  • Manage staff performance in compliance with company policies.
  • Recruit, manage, train, and develop the sales team.

What We Are Looking For:
We seek individuals with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. You should have a commitment to providing high levels of customer service and be adaptable to various work situations. Proven experience in sales with a strong track record in closing deals is essential.
