The Opportunity:
As a Sales Manager, your focus will be on developing Abbott's Cardiometabolic products and services throughout KSA, ensuring our leadership in Point-of-Care testing. You will engage with various stakeholders across public health and local authorities, working to understand and meet their needs effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and develop customer markets.
• Lead project initiatives and cooperate in team settings to drive results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Understand sales strategies and adapt KSA marketing campaigns accordingly.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of industry experience, with 3-5 years in sales.
• Familiarity with the diagnostic industry and healthcare markets in KSA.
• A track record of achieving profitable growth.
• Proficient with IT tools such as MS Office and CRM systems.

Education:
Degree in Business, Biological Science, or related field is preferred.

Your Challenge:

• Drive revenue growth through the acquisition and development of new B2B clients and partners across sectors such as Government, Banking, Multinational Corporations, Hospitality, Real Estate, Sports, and Events.
• Proactively identify, approach, and convert business opportunities in alignment with regional sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Support the execution of the regional business plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Represent Blacklane at local industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Provide market insights and feedback to help shape commercial strategies and product offerings.

About You:

• Experienced B2B sales professional with a successful track record in ground transportation, business travel, mobility, or related sectors within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and established relationships within target industries.
• Motivated self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage pipelines and close deals independently.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Holds a valid driving license.
• Ethical, ambitious, and passionate about delivering premium experiences and contributing to a purpose-driven company.
